The Dewey Avenue/Winston Court apartments offer fully equipped kitchens, a deck with table and chairs, one or two bedroom units accommodating up to 6 people. Some units have full waterviews. The apartments are on the town bay side steps from the beach. The apartments are also on the town shuttle line. Use of the Cape Inn pool a 1/2 mile toward town is also welcomed
All of this, plus you’ll only be just at the beginning of Provincetown nearby to National Seashore beaches and other fun Provincetown attractions. Seasonal shuttle bus service is available to town, plus to other beautiful beaches and attractions.
We are very pet friendly. Please bring your furry companions for a vacation too.

Policies
- First night deposit required and is nonrefundable at time of booking.
- We accept all major credit cards or checks/money orders for deposit at time of booking. Cash or credit required for balance due at check in. No refunds given for early departure.
- Maximum per apartment is 6 persons , this includes children.
- Check in time is 3 p.m. Check out time is 10 a.m. Late check out fees apply. Early check in by 12noon $100 fee if available
- All rates subject to state and local taxes. Rates are subject to change.
- Pets are welcome. If pets are hairy and shedding please bring own pet blanket. A fee of 25.00 will be charged for hairy dog blankets at check out. If pets are left alone in the room the office must have a contact number to reach you when you're gone. Pets are not to be left longer than a couple of hours alone.Pet owners are responsible for any damage to the rooms.
- Management reserves the right to ask misbehaving guests or pets to vacate the rooms.
- Linens and towels are provided at check in, however, beach towels, toiletries, and kitchen products are not provided. No daily housekeeping service provided until check out. Housekeepers appreciate gratuties. Refrain from cooking oily foods that splatter or deep frying on stove. Extra kitchen clean up fee is $50.00 at check out.
- Please smoke outside on decks. Do not toss cig butts on ground. The world is not an ashtray.
